The basketball season started November 30th, 2009

You may download parent orientation forms for Upward Basketball and Upward Cheerleading.  In these brochures, you will find information concerning Upward program goals and general information about practices and games.

Practice Times

Pre-School/Kindergarten  5-6pm

1st/2nd Grade Boys  5-6pm

3rd/4th/5th Grade Boys  6-7pm

Jr. Girls  6-7pm
Sr. Girls 7-8pm

6th/7th/8th Boys  7-8pm

12/7 & 12/8        2nd Practice

12/14 & 12/15    3rd Practice

12/21 & 12/22    No Practice

12/28 &12/29     No Practice

1/4 & 1/5           4th Practice

Every Monday and Tuesday thru the end of February

*Practices are only cancelled if Northern Wells Community Schools are cancelled.  If you think the weather or the roads are bad, it is ok to miss practice.  Please call your coach if you miss practice so  he/she can give you any information that may have been shared at practice.

Games

Eight consecutive Saturdays starting January 0th and ending on February 27th.

*Games are only cancelled if your coach calls you.  We will try to make the decision Friday evening, but it is possible that games will not be cancelled until Saturday morning.

Concessions

Concessions will be served during all practices on Mondays and Tuesdays and on Saturday Game Days. All proceeds from the concession sales go toward future Upward programs.

Saturday February 27, 2009 is Awards Night and February 28, 2009 is Upward Sunday (morning).
