The Strategy Team supports the church council by developing short term goals and strategies.  They help by analyzing specific issues and needs at ZUM as they arise.  The team works on providing 10 year growth plans that contain three different scenarios to help in determining the planning needs best suited for ZUM’s future needs and goals. They are a strategy “think tank” for the church council members and aid in determining how to best meet the future ministry needs of ZUM.
