ZUM MEN’S CLUB NEWS

The ZUM Men’s Club continues to meet on the third Sunday of each month at 7 a.m. in the TLC.  We take turns preparing breakfast each month with some enjoyable and interesting dishes.  We have averaged 29 men and boys in attendance so far this year.

Our programs are varied and provide a great opportunity to heighten the awareness of ministry needs at ZUM, our community and in the world.  Men and boys are also given the chance to get directly involved in some of those ministries.

We have completed another ZUM STIK season.  Although this is an official Men’s Club program, we owe a huge “THANK YOU” to the whole ZUM Family for helping us.  We contribute for various church and mission projects; from helping some of our church families, local mission projects and international endeavors.

The highlight of this year has been the mission work team we sponsored to Red Bird Missionary Conference in eastern Kentucky.  Fifteen guys went to Camp O’Cumberland in October to do building, repairs and maintenance of various buildings at the camp.

All men and boys are invited to our monthly breakfasts.  We have a great time of food and fellowship.  If you want to know more about what we do see Zach M., Mike S., Tim A. or Travis H., the current officers.
